In relation to other Buckhead neighborhoods, Peachtree Hills is surrounded by Peachtree Heights East, Peachtree Heights West, Garden Hills, Haynes Manor, and Brookwood Hills.
Peachtree Hills is served by the following public schools: E. Rivers Elementary, Sutton Middle School, and North Atlanta High School.
